1. take each day as it comes, but don't forget to stack wood, winter is cold here in NH.
2. enjoy the rain and the grass that grows to quickly because of the wet stuff we get so often...
3. stop to watch the magic of our growing garden, try hard to worry less about weeds
4. support kids in their summer "building projects" - these tend to come with elaborate and somewhat unrealistic sketches that require dad's cordless power tools, supervise projects could be a better title for this to do....
5. knit more even if the house isn't perfectly clean, the laundry's not done and dinner's late (more specifically finish ishbel, legwarmies, gift for Pang's new little one & cropped cardigan).
6. camping with kids (yes I am vowing to go at least once)
7. campfires in the backyard, smores not optional
8. catch lightning bugs
9. watch the stars
10. remember that summer only comes once a year and soon enough I'll turn uncool and the kids won't want to hang out with mom and dad all summer....
note: this list was composed early in the morning, mom reserves the right to revise it when she's fully awake and sensible....just kidding.....lol
