Last week (October 15) the mountain’s ski trails were graced with 3 inches of snow, but just a few lonely flakes were spotted at my house, certainly nothing to write about.
But, this morning, October 23rd, I woke to snow dust all around, a bit early for snow I think,
but a beautiful sight to behold.

Tonight they're calling for more snow - the kids are so thrilled - and thinking about skiing.
My mind isn't quite ready for ski season yet! I need a few more sunny fall days, don't you?
I still have the Adirondack Chairs in the garden!
On another note, I've missed this space -
I have been unable to upload photos to Blogger for over a week - it just kept showing question marks for all my photos - it was quite frustrating!
I'm glad the funk (likely me doing something wrong =) is all worked out now,
and photo uploading is going smoothly again.

Wow, snow already!!! We still have almost summer-like temps here. Definitely no signs of snow or even frost yet. It's very unusual though as it's usually at least in the 50's by now. I'm not going to complain though.
