Easter Sunday

Yesterday it snowed - over an inch,
but today we awoke to a world anew, snow melted
and by afternoon nearly 60 degrees -
fitting for the holiday today, don't you think?
So for today, simply -
Images from our Easter ...
Easter crosses made by Nikki & Cole
Our Eggs - so naturally beautiful - a daily blessing from our hens;
Our Colored Chicken and Goose Eggs (gifted from our local farm animal Vet -
Goose eggs are so big and take color so well  - such a special treat  on Easter :-)
Our Traditional Easter Salad - Made & Decorated by Me!

Off to finish the Lamb soup and Leg of Lamb; nearly time to sit down for Dinner!
Wishing you all a blessed Easter!

  1. How fun that you got to use your chickens' eggs for Easter egg decorating. Love the big, orange ones. OMGosh! That salad is adorable. You must share the recipe. My girls would love it.
