Grace -
Seemingly effortless beauty or charm of movement, form, or proportion: A disposition to be generous or helpful; goodwill; Mercy; Clemency. A favor rendered by one who need not do so; indulgence. Divine love and protection bestowed freely on people. For nearly the last 5 weeks, I have been very & did not feel I could post about what has transpired with my health. It is still so fresh, personal and in many ways I am not yet ready to talk the details in this very public space. However, I wanted to take this moment to post about the unimaginable gifts that saved my life. A gift of blood; I never imagined I would need - a gifted surgeon with hands aided by the Divine For now, I sit this March 2012, 2 weeks out from a major surgery - recovering, doing as well as can be expected - with 6 more weeks to go; So thankful to be here each day with my family and friends; Most of all each moment I am in awe of the numerous acts of Kindness and Grace that have surrounded me these last several weeks. Thank you - you know who you are - YOU are my gift of Grace! What gifts this Lenten season I have received; You have brought Spring to my heart, even though out my window snow still falls. -Erin |

Oh my goodness, Erin! I'm so sorry to hear this news about you. I was actually on your blog checking the other day to see if I had missed a post since it had been a while. I pray you recover quickly and that your health returns to normal. You and your family will be in our prayers. Hugs to you! If you feel comfortable, you are more than welcome to drop me an email.
