Remember my post last week about just a dusting of snow and where is winter? Well winter showed up overnight last Saturday and dropped several inches of snow, nearly a foot on the mountain.... The kids wasted no time at all and ventured right out after breakfast-
I then promptly got to shoveling duty since G was out of town for the weekend (I told you Old Man Winter would make me eat my shovel)...
then Nikki got to a little of this...
Today the mountain is open for top to bottom skiing, and at a toasty 15 degrees this morning we're headed off for a day of skiing and for a long overdue breaking in the of the new equipment (and a little vertical adrenaline :-) Can you tell we love the white stuff?
Wow, that's a lot of snow for you guys. We're just now getting a little dusting for the first time this winter which is behind schedule by about a month. Have fun skiing!
