Glad to see you're getting beautiful weather again. What a gorgeous flower. Is that a tulip? The tulips are in bloom here, too.
ReplyDeleteJen, yes it's a tulip, we have about 30 of them and 30 hyacinths in front of and behind our roses. Spent the whole day in the garden and now just finished my run, off to make dinner :-)

Stephanie, Thanks for stopping in! Ducks - wow. We really want ducks, but we need to dig a pond for them first, we have a pond just down the street so I think they'd probably all go to live there :-) We are getting 13 layers and 1 rooster, we'll see how it goes. Hoping we can let them free range during the day and not become dinner for the numerous predators around here - we'll be locking down at night! Guineas are next on our list, I've heard they're great for protecting free range chickens b/c they sound an alarm to warn a predator is in the area. We're going to a Guinea farm later this week to see if they'll be our next addition. Due to my love of knitting with Alpaca - I really want a few alpacas, but we're taking it slow :-) Great Blog, I'll be sure to stop in and visit your blog regularly.
