An Annual Fall event for us the 3+ years we lived in Iceland -
Oh, how we miss it
The People, The raw beauty of the land,
Iceland - The Country our children knew in early childhood as HOME,
The Country that instilled their love to be outside, regardless of weather,
The sheep - their wool!
Such a beautiful thing - sheep grazing in the mountains and hills all summer,
rounded up before the harsh, dark days of winter arrived!
Nikki still loves to touch soft sheep -
thank goodness for kind farming neighbors - no sheep of our own - yet!
We all still love cool weather and the warm woolens these beauties provide!
